PIZZA
To prepare pizza for the table, open a ball of dough, roll in flour and
mold into a flat circular shape. To complete your pizza, choose from
a selection of toppings and then the chef will take it to the oven.
CHICKEN TORTELLINI
First make the pasta and then cut out circular shapes from
the thin sheets. These are then ready to be filled with Andrea’s
special chicken recipe. Once ready the chef will prepare it.
ANDREA’S FAMOUS TIRAMISÚ
Thin layers of sponge, separated by Andrea’s mascarpone custard
cream, are blended together with a combination of coffee & marsala
wine. To finish decorate the tiramisú with chocolate custard cream.
