We first prepare pizza bread for the table. Take a ball of dough, roll
in flour and mold into a flat circular shape ready for the oven. This is
served with freshly prepared mascarpone dips.
CHICKEN TORTELLINI
First make the pasta and then cut out circular shapes from
the thin sheets. These are then ready to be filled with Andrea's
special chicken recipe. Boiled and finished with a sauce.
POTATO GNOCCHI
To start the gnocchi, combine mashed potato with eggs and flour to
make bite-sized pieces. Once ready the chef will prepare it.
ANDREA’S FAMOUS TIRAMISÚ
Thin layers of sponge, separated by Andrea's mascarpone custard cream,
are blended together with a combination of coffee & marsala wine.
To finish decorate the tiramisu with chocolate custard cream.
