An Italian style appetizer, bread
topped with tomatoes and dressed with garlic, olive oil and basil pesto.
PIZZA BREAD AND DIPS
We first prepare pizza bread for the table. Take a ball of dough,
roll
in flour and mold into a flat circular shape ready for the oven.
This is
served with freshly prepared mascarpone dips.
BEEF RAVIOLI
From thin sheets of pasta we cut circular or square shapes
ready to be filled with Andrea's special ricotta and beef recipe.
VEGETARIAN TORTELLINI
First make the pasta then cut out circular shapes from the thin
sheets.
These are then filled with the vegetable filling. Boiled and
finished with a sauce.
ANDREA’S FRUIT CAKE
Start the cake with a pastry dough base.
Add custard cream,
followed by strips of sponge.
Drench the sponge with liqueur, add
more custard cream
and finish with a decoration of fruit.
A truly decadent dessert!
