PIZZA BREAD AND DIP
We first prepare pizza bread for the table. Take a ball of dough, roll in flour and mold into a flat circular shape ready for the oven. This is served with freshly prepared mascarpone dip.

To prepare pizza for the table, open a ball of dough, roll in flour and mold into a flat circular shape. To complete your pizza, choose from a selection of toppings and then the chef will take it to the oven.
First make the pasta and then cut out circular shapes from the thin sheets. These are then ready to be filled with Andrea's special chicken recipe. Baked and finished with a sauce.
ANDREA’S FAMOUS TIRAMISÚ
Thin layers of sponge, separated by Andrea's mascarpone custard cream, are blended together with a combination of coffee & marsala wine.
To finish decorate the tiramisu with chocolate custard cream.
