PIZZA BREAD AND DIPS
We first prepare pizza bread for the table. Take a ball of dough, roll in flour and mold into a flat circular shape ready for the oven.
This is served with freshly prepared mascarpone dips.
To prepare pizza for the table, open a ball of dough, roll in flour and mold into a flat circular shape. To complete your pizza, choose from a selection of toppings and then the chef will take it to the oven.
First make the pasta and then cut out circular shapes from the thin sheets. These are then ready to be filled with Andrea's special chicken recipe. Baked and finished with a sauce.
GAS RANGE BARBEQUE
At the table we will cook a combination of beef, chicken and fish, served with several freshly prepared dipping sauces.
To finish, nothing is better than Andrea's special profiterole.
To begin we fill the beignet with our delicious chocolate and vanilla custard
creams and dip in chocolate. For the finishing touch build a traditional profiterole pyramid and drench with more chocolate! Truly divine!
